This is a brilliant opportunity, working with a well establish organisation in Derby you can expect to be part of a motivated team.
-Distribute emails and post to the department
-Complete all purchase order requests and receipt
-Inputting of invoices onto the system
-Scheduling Engineers diaries
-Answer all emails and respond to enquiries
-Pick up adhoc Administrative tasks when required
-Prepare meeting rooms ready for conferences and events to be held
Skills and experience
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Able to work to deadlines and work well under pressure
A minimum of a years experience within a similar role.
