Purchase Ledger Assistant - Belper - up to £13.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to cover a 2 month temporary contract for a well established business North of Derby.  Part time hours up to 30 hours a week based from home.


Responsibilities

Processing invoices, along with reconciling delivery notes  and purchase orders to invoices
Looking after multiple accounts, including some foreign currency
Creating new supplier accounts as well as maintaining existing accounts
Maintaining the general inbox dealing with any queries that come through 
Ensuring that payments are allocated and the supplier accounts are kept to up to date
General administration duties as required


Ideal Candidate

Experience within a purchase ledger department, including foreign currency
Strong communication skills
IT literate with the ability to pick up systems quickly
Team player
Able to plan and co-ordinate
Strong organisational skills
