If you are looking for a role where you will be given full autonomy to manage the day to day activities of the Credit function, as well as the opportunity to improve processes and procedures to ensure that cash collection targets are exceeded, then this may be the role for you.
Development and management of a team of credit controllers.
Ensure that cash collection targets are exceeded.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure they are kept informed about the cash position of the organisation.
Regular reporting of the cash position to the Senior Management Team.
Manage escalated accounts to ensure efficient resolution to any queries.
Process improvement across the function.
Proven ability to reduce aged debts and manage current debtors efficiently.
Have significant people management experience.
Experience of working within a B2B environment.
Strong commercial acumen.
Focused individual who can improve policies and processes.
