Purchase Ledger Supervisor - Leicestershire - up to £30k

We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor for a well established brand based in the Leicestershire area.  Not only is this a great opportunity to develop this role into your own, but also build a successful team.   You will also be heavily involved in looking at processes and procedures in order to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

Processing invoices, along with reconciling delivery notes  and purchase orders to invoices
Creating new supplier accounts as well as maintaining existing accounts
Supervising a team of purchase ledger assistants
Organising and making payments on a weekly basis
Reconciling supplier statements
Producing weekly reports in order to monitor the ledger
Updating the purchase ledger system on a daily basis
Other duties and projects as required

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication skills
IT literate including working knowledge of Excel and Word
Team player
Able to plan and co-ordinate
Strong organisational skills
