This values driven organisation are looking for someone who will be responsible for delivery of the day to day HR support along with management of a small team.
Provide advice around all employee relations issues.
Advise line managers on performance management processes.
Lead with any re-structure and re-organisation meetings including consultation meetings.
Coach and support line managers with implementing and following HR policies.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Keep up to date with any legislative changes.
Ensure best practice within HR function.
Analyse HR data and report on trends.
Lead on all recruitment activities.
Check and authorise monthly payroll.
Manage HR budget.
Oversee on-boarding and exits of all employees.
CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified.
Generalist HR background.
Experience of providing advice across grievance, absence, performance and development.
Excellent communication - both verbal and written.
