Sales Support Administrator | Maternity Cover | Derby

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking for an Administrative career working with a motivated business with fantastic growth.

The duties of a Sales Support Coordinator include:
- High volume and fast paced order processing
- Dealing with high value orders and enquiries
- Raising claims and returns
- Tracking projects and arranging shipments 
- Monitoring CRM systems and customer orders
- Providing Administrative support to colleagues
- Liaising with third parties with regards to logistics
- Supporting the sales team with managing customer expectations
- Providing product knowledge and prices
- Arranging deliveries and liaising with transport
- Processing invoices
- Ordering stock and materials 

You will be:
- Able to work to a fast pace and under pressure
- Able to build long lasting professional relationships
- Have strong communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
