Purchase Ledger Assistant | Nottingham | Up to £22,000

We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant based in Nottingham working within a thriving team environment. The role is reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager, supporting with the day to day transactional duties.   

Responsibilities:
- Setting up new suppliers
- Processing supplier invoices 
- Matching up to delivery notes
- Generating purchase order numbers
- Organising payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries and enquiries
- Allocating outgoing payments against supplier accounts

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of working within a purchase ledger function
- Team player 
- Able to also work using own initiative
- IT Literate with a good working knowledge of excel
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- Good communication skills at all levels
