Contractor Ledger Assistant | Nottingham | Up to £23,000

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving business based in Nottingham for a Contractor Ledger Assistant.  Working within a team environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the whole of the ledger from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up new accounts
- Processing orders and certificates through the online stem
- Processing weekly payments
- Checking costings against orders, raising invoices accordingly 
- Sending out remittances and statements
- Dealing with any queries and enquiries 
- Month end tax submission
- General finance related duties

Ideal Candidate:
- Working knowledge in the construction industry 
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- IT literate with a working knowledge of excel
- Able to work with complex processes
- Team Player
