Accounts Assistant | Outskirts of Nottingham | Up to £21,000

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to cover  a 12 month maternity contract for a busy and vibrant business based outskirts of Nottingham. 

The role: 
- Processing purchase invoices, gaining authorisation and putting together payment schedules
- Raising invoices and allocating payments 
- Credit control of outstanding monies and allocation of payments
- Processing expenses and making the necessary payments
- Looking after the petty cash, ensuring all receipts are collected and transactions allocated
- General finance administration

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within an all round accounts function
- IT Literate with strong working knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Team player, who is also able to work using their own initiative
