Aftersales Adminstrator | Burton | £20,000 to £22,000
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a business based in Burton, Derbyshire.
This is a permanent position paying between £20,000 - £22,000.
You will be required to work 8:00am to 16:00pm.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining the Customer Feedback / Warranty Claim database effectively
- Dealing with all warranty claims arising
- Liaise with all departments regarding quality matters and monitor/ create reports
- Schedule and attend meetings with supplies and customers if required
- Shipping of products
- Arrange site visits for engineers
- Maintain quality and all ISO standards
For this role you will need to have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work within a team
- At least one years experience in a similar role
- A good knowledge of Outlook/Excel
- If you have had quality experience that would be advantageous.
