Sales Administrator | Burton | 12 month contract  

Fantastic opportunity for a personable and committed Sales Administrator, available to start ASAP!

Responsibilities

- Manage Sales Managers diary

- Book in clients by liaising with Sales and customers

- Deal with any after sales queries

- Schedule external sales appointments

- Produce and follow up on all sales quotations to customers

- Produce detailed reports to management and other departments

- Complete necessary documentation such as goods returns

- Undertake other Administrative requirements as requested

 

Skills/Qualities

 

 

- Extremely personable and enthusiastic to work

- Excellent organisation skills and diary management

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

- Able to communicate effectively

- Team player

Due to the location successful applicants do need drivers licence and access to their own vehicle.
