Customer Service Advisor | Nottingham | £8.50 p/h

Cherry Professional is currently recruiting for a fast growing SME organisation in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm and welcoming team with a dedicated employees. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate, hours of work required are Monday - Friday on a shift pattern rotating between there hours of 8am - 6pm. You will be required to work a half day 1 in 4 Saturday’s out of the month. 

- Ensure quality of customer service is exceptional
- Build up relationships with clients & their customers
- Ensure all SLA’s are met
- Dealing with high volumes of emails & phone calls
- Provide a high standard of customer satisfaction and service to a growing client base 
- Track and trace pick up and deliveries via phone e-mail or other necessary means
- Ensure that customers and public are updated at least every 24 hours or as and when necessary
- Handle and resolve client, customer or public complaints
- Provide delivery information when requested
- Keep records of customer & public interactions, enquiries and complaints

Ideal Person
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Self motivated
- Diplomatic and reliable
- Enthusiastic and effective team member
- Good communicator - (Essential)
- Good Computer Skills - Excel and Word skills (essential)
