Account Manager £35,000 plus car allowance & benefits | North Nottinghamshire

Cherry Professional are currently searching for an Account Manager for an organisation based in North Nottinghamshire. This is a pivotal role within the Business Development team.

As part of your role, you will be required to actively contribute to the achievement of business objectives and standards for our clients business. You will required to deliver sales revenue, product mix and margin targets. Your role will also be to develop relationships with financial organisations and their 3rd party suppliers to promote our clients company and encourage partnering and business opportunities. 

Your main duties will incorporate the following:
- Support the National Development Manager in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with Key Accounts
- To support the wider ISS team in developing local relationships as required from time to time 
- To include performance against agreed targets YTD 
- Identify associates from within our clients National and Key Account relationships where there is the potential for further business
- Promote and sell other products, when available
- To undertake the required number of weekly visits to identified distributors to promote the product range and to educate effectively in the ways of our clients business model, whilst effectively managing geographic coverage
- Undertake presentations and training sessions 
- Ensure effective liaison and teamwork with other business areas including Underwriting, Marketing and Intermediary Sales Support to achieve a coordinated, integrated approach to developing business opportunities
- Provide quality business returns and visitation reports as and when required and in accordance with specified time frames

To apply for this role you must possess the following experience: 
- 3 Years’ experience within a similar position 
- Experience of dealing with Financial Services / Mortgage / Lending industry
- Experience of working in a regulated environment 
- Strong presentation skills 
- Strong oral and written communication skills 
- Ability to problem solve 
- Attention to detail 
- Driven, Self-sufficient
- Ability to organise own diary & prioritise workload 
- Team Orientated Individual
