Recruitment Manager 6 month Fixed Term Contract - Mansfield - Up to £35,000

Are you an efficient and experienced Internal Recruitment Manager seeking a new role in a busy environment?
Cherry Professional are looking for an in-house recruiter available to cover a 6-month maternity contract beginning in February at a well-established healthcare service.
 

If you can work to strict deadlines and thrive when dealing with difficult to fill vacancies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to gain further experience!

Key duties and responsibilities:
-Manage the full life cycle of recruitment for our client, from coordinating internal and external adverts, overseeing any national recruitment campaigns and arranging interviews
-Create a constant flow of talent coming through to the business to support organisational turnover and growth plans
-Work closely with the Head of HR to implement the Recruitment Plan
-Ability to work within the recruitment budget
-Analyse appropriate data and plan recruitment campaigns
-Seek to continuously improve resourcing initiatives to reduce the time and cost to hire
-Advise and support hiring managers with any recruitment needs
-Monitor offered salaries
-Manage the Applicant Tracking System
-Manage and support the Recruitment Administrator and produce monthly reports

The ideal candidate for this position:
-Healthcare recruitment experience
-Keep the recruitment website up to date with accurate information about current vacancies
-Ability to meet the demands of working with a high volume of roles
-Proven track record to manage the day to day of company recruitment
-Experience of using Applicant Tracking Software
-Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
-Able to set and meet challenging KPI’s
-Be up to date with and demonstrate best practice in recruitment initiatives

The hours of working are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
