I have been married to my beautiful wife Jen, for over 22 years and have two wonderful Children, one at university and the other a trainee Chartered Accountant (who I expect to be placed in a new role at some point in the future)! In my spare time I love being outdoors, whether that be walking my dog in the Derbyshire countryside or following my beloved Derby County both home and away. However, I am never happier than when I am spending time with my family at home…or maybe in the local pub! Like many of us, I didn't set out with a career in recruitment in mind. I reached out to a specialist recruiter 26 years ago, looking for a legal role....and as a qualified solicitor, my mum has always been secretly cross that I stayed in the sector and built a career! 26 years on, I am certainly happy that I stayed, sorry Mum!
