As a graduate we know that it can be frustrating sometimes to not be given a chance because of the "lack of experience". As you get a fantastic training programme and constant valuable support not only from your Manager but from the whole business - experience isn't the most important thing we look for when hiring. It's more about YOU.

So, with that in mind we would love to see a short video from you telling us more about you, your personality and any experience you have (both personal and professional) that would make you a good addition to our industry leading team!

Key dates you need to know

The "about me" videos you create need to be submitted by the 20th May.

You should have received two emails from The Predictive Index with tests that we need you to complete prior to your interview - please check your junk folder if you haven't seen them. The tests should take you no longer than half an hour - deadline for getting them completed is also the 20th of May.

The provisional interview dates will be conducted during the week commencing the 6th of June. We will be in touch once we have reviewed your video. Any questions please email me at
