This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation at a pivotal stage in its development. Working directly with the Chief Executive Officer, you will influence strategy, strengthen financial control and play a key role in taking the business into its next phase of evolution. The Role As Finance Director and member of the Senior Management Team, you will provide strategic leadership across all financial and commercial matters. You will take full ownership of group reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial governance, while developing a high performing finance function. This is a fully onsite position based at the Castle Donnington head office, with occasional travel to other UK sites. Key Responsibilities Ensure strong financial compliance, controls and best practice across the group.  Lead and develop the finance function of around ten people, including two direct reports.  Improve financial processes, systems and reporting capability.  Manage and maintain external relationships with banks, auditors, insurers and advisors.  Produce accurate and timely monthly accounts.  Lead annual budgets, forecasts and company wide financial planning.  Monitor cashflow, financial performance and risk exposure.  Analyse financial and market trends to support long term strategic decisions.  Develop and implement costing models to support profitability and margin analysis.  Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reports….
