There is overwhelming evidence that workplaces with good wellbeing provision perform better. However, business leaders are faced with an array of choices and services to improve wellbeing, although it is not always clear which are evidence-based and lead to sustainable improvements.

There is overwhelming evidence that workplaces with good wellbeing provision perform better. However, business leaders are faced with an array of choices and services to improve wellbeing, although it is not always clear which are evidence-based and lead to sustainable improvements.

Based on a three-year programme of research, Professor Daniels’ talk will:

  • Outline the evidence linking wellbeing to performance and why there is a link
  • Cover five areas of action that when combined add up to a comprehensive, evidenced-based workplace wellbeing programme.
