The minefield of mental health and managing emotions through change
Is mental health and managing emotion on your agenda? We are hosting an event which will explain WHY it should be and how to implement processes to help address and combat this to help your team and, ultimately, your bottom line.
2020 has rocked the global business world and, as some of the dust settles, it’s evident that workers are fighting feelings of stress, anxiety and fear; a recent survey stated that 50% of employees are experiencing extreme burnout / feel overworked.
Sadly, we are not “out of the woods” yet, as leading officials suggest that the next 24 months will be just as challenging as the last 6 months.
We are hosting the event in partnership with The Mental Wealth Café’s very own Wendy McCristal, to help understand your team’s emotions following the changes as a result of COVID 19. We want to help you be as prepared as possible, to encourage a positive working environment and be able to identify any mental health concerns both in office based and remote employees. This event will look at change and how it’s currently impacting your teams behaviours and mental health.
The hour session is also tailored to help you establish good practices to manage emotions. The event will cover techniques to manage anxiety, and regain focus, energy and control, that you can implement across your organisation.
