De-Mystifying the Art of Finance for Non-Financial Managers
Whether you’re new to financial management, or looking to develop financial appreciation and knowledge, this two-day workshop can help you. It won’t teach you how to be an Accountant, but, it will help you make the most of the wealth of financial information available to you about your business and plan for your business future. It will help you add value to your role.
The workshop is designed to help you break through the jargon of finance. You will look at the different financial reporting statements and financial measures to improve performance. You will learn about different mechanisms of costing and financial methods such as budgeting to assist in planning and controlling performance.

This workshop is for companies with:
- Under 250 employees
- Turnover not exceeding €50 million
- Trading office located in the D2N2 LEP area
- A business that is part of the aerospace, automotive and rail supply chain
