Finance Analyst - Leicestershire - £28,000 - £32,000 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join a global FMCG business, based out of their Leicester site. The company has a strong presence right across the globe, and is home to many household brands. They offer a great platform for people to learn and progress in a dynamic, yet supportive environment. Acting as a Junior Business Partner to one of the sales channels, the Finance Analyst is responsible for producing regular MI reports for senior stakeholders, in order to support strategic decision making. They also provide regular in-depth analysis of the P&L, report on variances, maintain KPI dashboards and get involved in pricing. Above all else, the role requires a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail. You will also need a solid understanding of financial statements and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders. The business uses some complex systems and processes, therefore strong IT skills would also be hugely beneficial. In order to be considered you must have some previous experience in a similar role, and it its essential that you can start at short notice. This is an immediate opportunity with a growing manufacturing business in Newark, where you will be focusing on management accounts and financial analysis, initially concentrating on accounts receivable. You will be regularly involved in working closely with Non-finance and Finance - effectively acting in a Business Partner capacity; contributing to reviews of business process and procedures. Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting, the Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for reviewing and challenging the statutory financial information packs and designing and developing the delivery of the record to report strategy and process. Finance Business Partner - Nottingham Are you an Interim Finance Business Partner available to work in Nottingham? We have a contract scheduled to start with a very well known business in the coming weeks. It is scheduled to last 6 months and will give you great exposure in a large Finance function with world class colleagues. Working across several business units the Finance Business Partner is responsible for ensuring commercial decisions are made by analysing market trends, price analysis, performance, margin as well as a detailed breakdown of variance, challenging where required, between actual and expected results. The Finance Business Partner will be based in Nottingham and face off to senior stakeholders so will require exceptional relationship management skills and confidence to present complex financial information in an informative and succinct way.
