HR Project Manager

HR Project Manager - Nottingham - £39k - £49k per annum We are currently recruiting for a HR Project Manager to join one of our clients based in Nottingham. Our clients is one of Nottinghamshire's most recognisable names, they have a fantastic employer reputation due to their culture and constant development. This is a very exciting position where you will be responsible for ensuring that HR policies and process are contributing to employee engagement whilst getting valuable exposure to different areas within the team. You will have the opportunity to take the lead to design and implement projects and initiatives! This position really gives you the chance to get stuck in straight away and make a difference to the core HR strategy. Responsibilities: - Development and delivery of the HR strategy - Implementing change initiatives - Delivery of agreed projects - Review & monitor performance against SLA's & KPI's - Produce written reports, communication briefs & analysis in line with project delivery - Be responsible for ensuring statutory obligations under UK legislation - Support Managers & staff to understand projects, policies, processes & procedures - Develop & coach Managers and colleagues - Producing relevant analysis & recommendation report for senior stakeholders - Deliver & embed change activity & ensure the benefit of change initiatives - Line management responsibility Knowledge & Experience: - A proven track record of leading projects & change management - Experience in leading & delivering policy development activity - Ability to communicate with Senior Manager to inspire chance and conversation - Experience of working in a strategic project related HR role - Evidence of commitment to professional development Education: - You will have an honours degree or equivalent significant experience in a similar role - CIPD postgraduate qualification or equivalent in a similar field - Ideally a PRINCE 2 or equivalent project management qualification Other roles that you may have applied for include HR Manager & Project Manager, Project Director Cherry Professional are advertising this role on behalf of the client.

We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join a highly desirable business based in Derbyshire. As a part of your role you will be required to: - Keep all people policies and ER Tools up to date - Provide end to end support and case management - Manage ER case work - Write job adverts - Support the HR team with new starters/leavers. - Liaise with line mangers to ensure right to work documents and references are completed. - Processing annual reviews - Drafting employment contracts and issuing them out - Support monthly payroll - Sickness and absence administration - Support the HR Business partners and line managers with all ER cases. You must have: - At least two years HR experience - Good knowledge and understand ER issues and employment law - CIPD Qualified or Part Qualified - Extremely organised with excellent data entry and written skills - Fully converse with maintaining HR records and systems If this HR Coordinator role sounds of interest please apply straight away!
