Assistant HR Manager
£35000 - £40000 per annum
Cherry Professional are currently working with a Derbyshire based Manufacturing organisation to recruit an Assistant HR Manager on a temporary to permanent basis. This values driven organisation are looking for someone who will be responsible for delivery of the day to day HR support along with management of a small team. Key Duties Provide advice around all employee relations issues. Advise line managers on performance management processes. Lead with any re-structure and re-organisation meetings including consultation meetings. Coach and support line managers with implementing and following HR policies. Ensure compliance with employment legislation. Keep up to date with any legislative changes. Ensure best practice within HR function. Analyse HR data and report on trends. Lead on all recruitment activities. Check and authorise monthly payroll. Manage HR budget. Oversee on-boarding and exits of all employees. Ideal Candidate CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified. Generalist HR background. Experience of providing advice across grievance, absence, performance and development. Excellent communication - both verbal and written. Interim HR Director - Part Time
£75000 - £85000 per annum
Cherry Professional are currently working with an East Midlands based organisation to recruit a Commercial and Entrepreneurial HR Director on an interim basis. As part of the Senior Management Team with this business you will be responsible for ensuring that the people plan is in line with the business objectives. You will be an integral part of the growth of this organisation across the next twelve months. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the people plan within an entrepreneurial organisation. Define and develop overall people strategy with the CEO. Ensure that the HR strategy has measurable metrics. Ensure company policy follows best practice and employment legislation. Coach and develop HR team and line managers. Lead all employee relations casework. HR Project work including lead on change management i.e. restructure and redundancy. Lead on TUPE and harmonisation of new acquisitions. Upskilling line managers capabilities in people management and raise awareness of HR risks. Be the custodian of values. Oversee all recruitment activities. Utilise HR data to report key metrics at senior management meetings. Ideal Candidate Commercially astute and business minded HR professional. Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation. Passionate about the culture and visions of an organisation. Dynamic and insightful influencer. Unafraid of getting hands dirty but also able to take a strategic view. A coaching style of management. CIPD Qualified. Immediately available and happy to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract.
