This new client reached out to us based on our reputation in the market and our speed for filling temporary and contract positions. The client asked for 10 Data Entry temporary workers to start as soon as possible, and informed us that they were going to be reaching out to other agencies as well as Cherry Professional. Two of our Administration & Business Professional Consultants compiled a list of 10 relevant and immediately available candidates which was sent directly to the client with short write ups of their experience. This was done in a 2 hour time frame. The quick work and accurate candidate sourcing meant that 7 of the 10 vacancies were filled in less than 4 hours and all candidates started the next day. Large Building and Constrution Supplier
We were asked by the Talent Acquisition Team to 'try out' for a place on their Finance Preferred Supplier List (PSL). This was due to our record of delivery for another industry leading Nottingham based business, where the Talent Acquisition Manager had previously worked.
We were given 3 roles on a trial basis to see how we performed:
- Finance Analyst
- Management Accountant
- Group Reporting Accountant
We successfully filled all 3 positions and were then invited to sign formal terms as part of their PSL. Due to our delivery we are now their 1st Call for any finance requirement and have been instructed on a variety of roles from Finance Director to Assistant Accountant.
