We have some exciting news at Cherry Professional – this week we had 3 new Consultants join us as apprentices to learn all about recruitment and to support us in the growth of our organisation. Over the last 6 months the market has grown increasingly busy with record numbers of vacancies being created. Businesses have been showing fantastic signs of recovery following COVID 19 – however, one of the largest issues facing employers now is the lack of available candidates.
Over the last few months we will have hired 5 new members to our Team, a combination of Consultants and Talent Acquisition Specialists who have hit the ground running and offered support across the business. As we enter the last quarter of 2021, we wanted to offer our new starters the opportunity to learn and build a successful career in recruitment whilst at the same time helping people with their own careers and businesses.
We are fortunate to have an extremely successful training programme and an internal business resource to help train and support a Talent Pool of Trainees brand new into recruitment. So, we engaged with apprentice training providers, advertised directly for anyone wanting to discuss a career in recruitment and fast forward through the interviews, online testing processes and ‘meet the team’ coffees – we are delighted to welcome – Alice Edmonds, Jack Hammond and Daniel Thronton to the Cherry Team!
Alice is joining our Nottingham Administration and Business Professionals Team whilst Jack and Daniel are supporting our Accounting and Finance Team. We are beyond excited to have you all on board with us and we can’t wait to see how fantastic we know you will all be.

Our Talent Pool Trainees will benefit from a blend of internal recruitment training and externally recognised qualifications that will really give them a solid foundation for successful careers.”
We have more experienced hires on the immediate horizon and we will be sharing that news with you all very soon – but for now our new Talent Pool will be going through some fantastic training programmes and working with our internal Administration, Marketing, Systems and Finance Teams to build a knowledge of Cherry and how we are dedicated to providing an outstanding service to our candidates and clients!
