About the rolePartnering with the Group Financial Controller, the ACA Qualified Finance Manager will hold responsibility for leading an accounts team focused upon delivering financial processes and insightful analysis to the business. You will manage, mentor and encourage the team, playing an instrumental role in the professional development of your staff as they strive to achieve various levels of finance qualifications and improve their skills. You will manage the statutory reporting process, ensuring compliance and integrity of procedures, controls and balance sheet reconciliations.
