Applications Engineer | £20 per hour | Retford | Temporary Contract |
Cherry Professional are currently working with a well established Manufacturing company. As the Applications Engineer you will support the entire design lifecycle, from concept through to detailed design and final commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Client communication: Engage with clients during the tender process, addressing queries and ensuring clarity.
  • Cost estimation: Analyse project requirements, evaluate costs, and provide detailed estimates.
  • Technical understanding: Understand client specifications and translate them into effective technical proposals.
  • Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Preparing and submitting tenders: Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to create competitive and accurate tender proposals.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree in Engineering
  • AutoCAD experience and knowledge
  • Product application knowledge
  • Technical Bid experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team orientated
