Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly management accounts including accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets
- Produce customer invoices and manage credit control
- Process supplier invoices and oversee payments
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage timesheets, overtime reporting, and employee expenses
- Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax submissions
- Support audit preparation and maintain core finance records
- Part‑qualified / fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, AAT)
- Strong management accounting and reconciliation skills
- Sage experience essential
- Confident with VAT, credit control, and transactional finance
- Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
