What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the financial strategy, partnering directly with senior leadership.
- Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
- Lead month‑end, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Strengthen controls, systems, and financial processes.
- Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations including payroll and VAT.
- Manage and develop a small finance team while driving continuous improvement.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or senior finance lead.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
- Confident communicator, able to influence at senior level.
- Background in a growing SME.
- Experience leading or developing a small finance team.
- Clear, supported path to Finance Director.
- Autonomy to shape the finance function.
- Collaborative, ambitious environment.
