What You’ll Be Doing
As a key part of the finance leadership team, you will:
- Take full ownership of monthly management accounts
- Ensure accuracy and control across P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasts
- Support group-level reporting to align financial insight and standards
- Business partner with non-finance stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
- Manage and mentor a team of four finance professionals
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Support the external audit process
About You:
You’ll be a motivated and commercially minded finance professional with:
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualification
- Experience in a Senior Management Accountant or similar role
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Confidence working with ERP, accounting systems and advanced Excel
- A full UK driving licence (preferred due to occasional travel)
