What You’ll Do:
- Manage bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of small business clients using Xero.
- Prepare VAT returns, reconcile accounts, and generate insightful management reports.
- Support clients in refining their bookkeeping practices and boosting their confidence.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate workflowsÂ
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Vibrant team on accounts, tax, and advisory services.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of practice-based bookkeeping experience.
- AAT Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Strong proficiency with Xero accounting software.
- Passion for technology, automation, and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- AAT Level 4 qualification or higher.
- Practical experience working with small business clients in a bookkeeping capacity.
- Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies in accounting.
