What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience working in an accounting environment
- Strong ability to work independently with enthusiasm to expand a regional finance function

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders such as lenders, shareholders, suppliers, and authorities
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop insights and challenge explanations when needed
Ideal candidate:
- Prior experience with management accounting, VAT, CIS, and statutory accounts preparation
- Knowledge of accounting software like SUN Systems and ETB platforms
- Familiarity with audit processes and liaising with auditors and tax advisors
- Relevant accounting qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Previous exposure to finance functions within a project-based or corporate environment
- Ability to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance tasks
- Willingness to take on responsibilities such as minute-taking at project meetings and processing company secretarial documents
