Cherry Professional are currently recruting for a well established business close to Derby City Centre.  We require a Payroll Assistant covering full time hours, office based.  This is a great opportunity to really develop your existing payroll skills within a small team environment, responsible for looking after the end to end process.   

Responsibilities:

Processing weekly and monthly paid staff 
Inputting timesheets 
Manual calculations 
Looking after pension contributions, along with any deductions 
Generating new starter information 
Producing payslips, P45’s etc 
Dealing with any queries 
General HR administration duties

Ideal Candidate: 

Must have previous payroll experience 
Able to communicate at all levels 
IT Literate ideally with a good working knowledge of Sage
Team player 
Able to work to deadlines
