Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator looking to make an impact in a busy, fast-paced contracts team? We’re working with a specialist organisation in their industry that is seeking a Contracts Support Administrator to join their growing business. This varied role is key in supporting the smooth running of multiple projects. Acting as the go-to point of contact for internal teams, tenants, and clients, you’ll ensure operational processes are followed efficiently, documents are accurately maintained, and all enquiries are handled promptly. What we’re looking for:
- At least 6 months of experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Fulcrum, Monday.com, or Bolster is advantageous
The finer elements of the role include:
- Daily management of client portals and internal systems (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint)
- Booking appointments with tenants and coordinating site access
- Updating records, raising purchase orders, and preparing certification documents
- Assisting Contract Managers and Project Co-ordinators with task completion
- Answering and diverting calls, monitoring inboxes, and following up on enquiries
- Supporting with FIRAS/IFC documentation, O&M manuals, and compliance reporting
- Maintaining accurate records in line with programme schedules
- Generating project reports and providing administrative support to commercial teams
