Are you a qualified finance professional ready to lead with impact and stay hands-on with the numbers? Our client is looking for a sharp, commercially minded Head of Finance to join their growing business and take ownership of the entire finance function. This is a brand-new role, reporting directly to the MD, with a clear pathway to Finance Director and a seat at the leadership table.
This is more than just a finance role—it’s your chance to shape strategy, influence decision-making at the highest level, and grow alongside a dynamic company. You’ll be the financial heartbeat, driving business performance through insightful analysis, robust planning, and proactive leadership.
Key responsibilities…
- Lead the Financial Strategy – Help steer the company by aligning financial planning with business growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Own the numbers and ensure they are ahead of the game.
- Compliance & Audit – Be the go-to expert for financial integrity and regulatory confidence.
- Reporting & Insight – Deliver accurate and actionable reports to both local and Group leadership.
- Team Leadership – Inspire a small, high-performing team while remaining hands-on with month-end duties.
- Growth Focused – Play a key role in evaluating investments and supporting major projects.
What the client is looking for…
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with proven financial management experience
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
- Confident communicator who thrives in senior conversations
- Comfortable running monthly reports and forecasting, but with an eye on the big picture
- Experienced with ERP systems (SAP experience a bonus)
- Passionate about leading people and building a collaborative finance culture

- Salary of c£60-80,000 (Depending on experience)
