Director and C-Suite appointments throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas. Always happy to support clients with “out of area” assignments, provided exclusive or retained recruitment terms are agreed.

MY APPROACH

I focus on building trust at every stage of the process and encourage open and honest business relationships. I will always prioritise relationship over delivery, this is a rule that has stood me in good stead over the years. I’ve spent over 2 decades dedicated towards the recruitment industry, initially focused on mid to senior level finance and accountancy recruitment, but since 2023, dedicated towards executive search, mainly working with the leadership teams of growing SMEs in the Midlands. I work with my clients on an exclusive or retained basis, delivering a highly bespoke search and selection approach. I am also well connected throughout the Midlands PE and CF investor community and happy to help owner/founders with providing introductions.

FUN FACT

Family is everything to me! Despite us being spread all over the UK, I am regularly visiting and spending time with different parts of the family. Also being part of a blended family myself, I live in a busy household of 4 children and two dogs.
