I HELP WITH

I am responsible for the operational running of the business, which includes our tech stack, data, automation strategy, business process, HR, legal & compliance…the list goes on! My role is wide ranging, but with the overall goal of ensuring our recruiters have the time to develop quality relationships with candidates and clients, and that the service we deliver is world class.

MY APPROACH

I am passionate about data, process, and keeping us at the forefront of tech changes. I am detail oriented and love making good things happen!

FUN FACT

I love hiking and biking in the Derbyshire countryside with my husband and 2 children. This year I am challenging myself to climb Snowdon and complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks.
