Our client, a highly successful global business in the retail and manufacturing sectors, is looking to recruit a qualified accountant in to this pivotal position of Financial Accountant. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will form part of a dedicated and highly professional team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Production of the Group's management and statutory accounts
Production of the 5 year plan
Ensuring the integrity of data and controls within the Group's consolidation system
Researching technical accounting issues that impact on the Group
Internal audit reviews for subsidiaries around the globe

Ideally you will be ACA / ACCA qualified and will either see this as an ideal first move out of practice or already have one move in industry under your belt. You will be technically good and be able to demonstrate real drive, energy and enthusiasm, someone who can work well with teams both in Finance and Operations. You will be honest, straight forward and hard working and really want to add value to the business.
