Football & employment - Martin on BBC Radio Nottingham

With Notts County FC sacking their Manager Craig Short after only 13 league games, Martin Burnett, Director at Cherry Professional spoke on Andy Whittakers 's breakfast show on BBC Radio Nottingham.

Martin is a keen football fan and Notts County FC season ticket holder and discussed the 'hiring and firing' seen in football as compared to HR and employment policy commonly seen in commerce and industry.

It was a really interesting discussion and covered notice periods, employee protection and compensation.
