Thank you to everyone who completed our recent survey - we really appreciate you taking the time to give us your opinion.

We asked three questions and have collated results below:

1) Has the recent weather disruption had an impact on your business and if so how important will remote working be in your organisation going forwards?

• Important - 63.16%
• Not important - 22.56%
• Not sure - 14.29%

2) What has been the biggest obstacle to your business hiring additional staff in 2010?

Results
• Cost - 29.01%
• Hiring freeze - 29.01%
• Redundancies - 10.69%
• Other - 31.3%

3) In 2011 do you foresee a return of confidence in the economy and if so will your business look to recruit additional staff?

Results
• Yes - 34.09%
• No - 15.91%
• Not sure - 50%

As we had an overwhelming response we have decided to offer two additional runner up prizes and have drawn names out of a hat.

Prizes have now been awarded to all of the lucky winners.
