Cherry Professional

On 16 September 2009 Simon from Cherry Professional in conjunction with People Development Works ran a successful career clinic for the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants).

The purpose of the day was to give Chartered Accountants looking for work coaching on CV writing and also interview technique. This was facilitated through one on one sessions with Cherry Professional (CV writing) and People Development Works (interview technique). In addition Pamela from CABA (Chartered Accountants' Benevolent Association) was available to talk through support and services available to Chartered Accountants and their families.

The day proved to be a great success with 7 candidates attending and subsequently leaving with new ideas and new skills to help them find employment albeit in a difficult job market.
