Job Description

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for immediately available Customer Service Advisors for an ongoing temporary role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Customer Service experience who is happy to deal with high volumes of calls and queries over the phone and email. The working hours will be between 8am-8pm Monday - Friday
You will be required to work 1 weekend out of 3 Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-6pm

Responsibilities include:

Speaking with customers over the phone and email
Updating customer records
Liaising with internal departments
Adhoc administration duties

Key skills:

Strong customer service experience in similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
IT literate and exposure to CRM systems/databases
