Job Description

Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent Billing Coordinator for a raplidly expanding company just outside of Nottingham City Centre. Working in a fast paced environment, the client are looking for someone they can train and mould for long term development.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with monthly billings
Processing and analysing data
Raising invoices
Producing reports
Dealing with customer queries
Liasing with suppliers and customer to ensure the correct invoice has been raised
Dealing with suppliers and you will also assist with process and system improvements

Key skills:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing
You will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
You will have strong experience of working on an accounting system as well as using Microsoft Excel and various other Microsoft packages
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Confident communicator
