Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Finance & Tender functions. In this established role our client is looking for a Finance & Tender Manager who can ensure that the role is maintained in its current orderly fashion. The successful candidate will need a good all round accounting back ground, strong technical skills, and the confidence to implement new ideas and take full ownership of the finance process. The role also demands excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and deliver across functions. Strong relationship management skills are essential, as you will be dealing with both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Day to day running of financial aspects of the business including sales and purchase ledger Chasing debt from external stakeholders Liaising with the overseas Head Office Dealing with all accounting queries Processing expenses Taking control of the cash flow and banking Tender preparation, pricing & enquires, liaising with the NHS and current suppliers. Ideal Person: Experience working within the pharmaceutical, health care or anatomy sectors would be ideal although this isn't essential Strong attention to detail Someone who is on the ball, good at multi-tasking and can work well under pressure in a busy office environment Happy to work within a small team.
